A real business address
Use 205 E 8th St, Suite 102, National City, CA 91950 as your business address. It's a staffed office in a commercial building, not a PO box or a mail drop, so it reads like the office it is.
Mail receiving, scanning and forwarding
We receive and log your mail and email you when something arrives. Then choose: pick it up, have us open and scan it, or have it forwarded weekly or on request, your choice ($10 per batch plus postage at cost). Receiving mail through us requires USPS Form 1583 (see below).
Package receiving
Have packages from any carrier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon, delivered to the office. We hold them for pickup up to 30 days.
Registered agent service
Many businesses need a registered agent: an address where official notices and legal papers can be delivered during business hours. Registered agent service is provided by our partner Papertrail Accounting.
Notary
A commissioned notary is on site, by appointment, open daily, 11 AM - 7 PM, including for the USPS Form 1583 every mail customer completes. Pricing: free for members; $15 per signature for non-members; loan document signings $100.
Conference and training room, desks and day offices
Our conference and training room seats up to 50, for classes, team trainings and meetings with borrowers, clients or candidates. Or work from a desk for the day or month. Conference room $20/hour; day office or desk $20/day or $500/month (monthly includes 5 free conference room hours a month).
Live call answering
Live answering for your business calls, with a local number that forwards to your cell as an option.
Print, scan, fax and check deposit
Print ($0.25/page black & white, $0.50/page color), scan or fax ($2 for the first page, $4 for 2 pages up to unlimited (per scan or fax job)) on site, and forward scans by email ($1 per forwarded email, with or without an attachment). We can also deposit checks that arrive in your mail.
Business setup help
LLC formation and California Statement of Information filings are provided by our partner Papertrail Accounting. We can also refer you to a nearby Live Scan provider for licensing fingerprints.
USPS Form 1583
Why you'll fill out a postal form.
The U.S. Postal Service requires anyone who has mail delivered to a commercial mail receiving agency to complete PS Form 1583 and show two forms of ID. The form has to be notarized or witnessed. It's a one-time step, and we'll walk you through it.
