What is USPS Form 1583 and why do I need it?
The Postal Service requires everyone who receives mail through a commercial mail receiving agency to complete PS Form 1583 and show two forms of ID. The form must be notarized or witnessed. We can help you complete it, and our commissioned notary can notarize it on site.
How do I get my mail?
We'll let you know when mail arrives. You can pick it up, ask us to open and scan it, or have it forwarded weekly or on request, your choice, for $10 per batch plus postage at cost.
Do you accept packages?
Yes, from all carriers. We hold packages for pickup up to 30 days.
Is there a notary?
Yes, by appointment, open daily, 11 AM - 7 PM: free for members; $15 per signature for non-members; loan document signings $100.
How much do plans cost?
Virtual Address is $39/month, Virtual Office + Mail is $79/month and Licensed Business is $149/month. Office add-ons are pay as you go.
What do printing, scanning and faxing cost?
Print: $0.25/page black & white, $0.50/page color. Scan or fax: $2 for the first page, $4 for 2 pages up to unlimited (per scan or fax job). Email forwarding: $1 per forwarded email, with or without an attachment.
Can I meet clients there?
Yes. The conference room and desks can be booked: conference room $20/hour, day office or desk $20/day or $500/month (monthly includes 5 free conference room hours a month). Conference room time is included: 5 hours a month on Licensed Business, 2 hours a month on Virtual Office + Mail, and 5 hours a month with a monthly office or desk. The room seats up to 50, so it works for classes and team trainings too.
Can I get a local phone number?
Yes. We offer live call answering, with a local number that forwards to your cell as an option.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
